need more information, i dont understand problem.
if you mean Mode-3 IMEI change, then what result gives method-1 and 2 ?

i always try first mode 1 than mode 2. mostly set ok 1,2 mode but not success than i try mode 3. mode 3 take long time but some time message show imei not found
