Dear Friends,

In order to come changes in support area, please, download and use new "Shell" (SupportManager).

Download new Shell/SupportManager here: http://www.infinity-box.com/download...file=Shell.rar

1. Run Infinity-Box Shell
2. Follow the next steps:

How to update connection settings and get latest list of support area mirrors:

I cant login to support when i download "http://www.infinity-box.com/download...file=Shell.rar". I always see :
---------------------
Error: incorrect login parameters, use latest Support Manager

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality.

DOWNLOAD AND USE NEW SHELL v1.11 !
Latest Shell version 1.11 but not 1.10 (that you have).

Now all is ok.
Delate old folder shell and than install new shell instalation .
