Problem detecting Pin FInder ? - GSM-Forum

Dear...Sir..can you please help that why my infinity still can't detect my pin finder?I've been trying to detect by using dongle manager and change the port but its still can not be detected...any other solution?
and can you please explain what this log means ?thank you

(I've already read the manual completly and follow the instruction)

Firmware version: 010F.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 0000 v.0000
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username: ***x
- Password: ***x
Dongle parameters checksum: 56A20E

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to [email protected]
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade Dongle firmware.

At first check output voltage at pin-1 of your Unibox.
