| Infınity Box Not Work Connecting usb cable but box is not opened any port...??  And Box rx and tx led always is burn...  Infınt exe is opened but com port not selected... And ı can not working (flashing or unlocking)... What ı can repaır that problem... |

| hello dear friend .. if you have any box in with e-gate cards. you must to unistaling all. and again install your infinty box..maybe solved..  |

| I don't think the problem is related to the egate card, becouse "Infınt exe is opened but com port not selected..." as @Exorcist says, it ir rather Box driver problem, or Box HW problem... To be sure of, try to install it on another PC, both unibox and card drivers... |

Cuz ı install setup and connect box but not open any com port for my computer but green and red led ( rx-tx led ) is burn always But any infinity exe is work on that box.. Another infinity box connect computer and it is open port and working very well all exe and infinty port.. My box is not opened port and not work... What can ı change compenent in my box? | I have same problem. At the offisce box is working, but at home (with another compyuter) not working. I uninstall, then install programm again. It doesn`t help. |
