infinity team my nfinity box no work smarte card not detect in my pc

last day work fine and now no work same tame pc show usb incnown

Hello,

- Run CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

i try change smarte in 3 box plat forme flcon box z3x and eft dangel no work

and my infinity is slim plus not dangel

If problem still exist and it's still "unknown device" this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.
