Infinity automatic create fault.bin file. when create fault file then can't open software platform.

InfinityBox_install_CM2MTK_v1.56
InfinityBox_install_CM2SPD_v1.22

how solve it please product supporter.

but when i use InfinityBox_install_CM2SPD_v1.20 it no create fault file.

do not use at the same time of dongle connected because this can damage
