Infinity Best Activation Help needed

I am new for this box.
I would like to flash Nokia phones.
I ordered and paid BB5 Best Activation from Multi-COM.
They were asking for box serial number, i gave them.
This happend 24 hrs ago.
What else do i have to do?
Do i have to buy support access to download flashfiles?

which box & Activation did you bought ?
Download dongle manager from here http://dl1.infinity-box.com/download...ngleManager.7z
Run dongle manager go to "Serial number( S/N)" Hit PROCESS copy here logs Text.

Hi,
Just wait for a confiirmation from Multi-COM that order completed and then update you dongle firmware woth DongleManager.
You do no need to buy separate access to download flashfiles. You should login you your IOS account and you will see more links in Support & Downloads menu
