infinity black box not detecting handsets via rj45 - GSM-Forum

i have infinity box black colour and from the i buy it.but it is not detecting any handset via rj45.not with cable and when i connect any chinese set with tp cable it gives this error .

As I can see your box is working well and phone can be detected without any problems.
The only proble is: you did not tried to read software messgae that you have posted in first message.
Why you ignore advice given by software ?

Now you must use \"COMPLETE\" format instead of \"SAFE\".

but whein i use another infinity of my friend all workinf fine.and on my box it does not 'complete' format also.the infinity of my friend is big one and pink colour.so this is box prob.help pls

hello!

do you see new box virtual com port in device manager?
you must use different from your friend's box com port

hello!

if you doing all correct, and with one box all working good, but with another- Not,
then it must be exchanged by warranty
