boss there are 4 type of problem for this error

1.driver
2.ftd chip dry
3.ftd chip damage
4.need to reprogram ftd chip inside box

my box also has same problem, I can use this box like a pkey. No comport is found in device manager.
Help me.

as i told in second post

there are 4 type of problem for this error

1.driver
2.ftd chip dry
3.ftd chip damage
4.need to reprogram ftd chip inside box

it means change driver or update driver
if problem remain change ftd chip inside box
or change box (no need to change smart card)

no you can't

you can only use e-gate smart card in it (other smart card unable to be verified in exist box)

I clear it, My infinity box's key is working. But cable don't work. Now I am using et box for infinity interface to get a comport. I connect both boxes (infinity and et).

No comport is showing in device manager while infinity is connected. only smart card found.

pls help my cdma box shows comm port ...but......also shows generic usb hub....for that box not connected
