infinity bouting device problem


I'm trying to repair n95 chinese but I always have this messsage
COM1 [Serial0] selected
Device: Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR
Checking data, wait...
advanced flash detection enabled
eeprom backup enabled, it may takes several minutes !
Action: read NOR flash
Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
error: can't detect device
Release Power button now !
in case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.
Boot Fail
Finished, time used: 250 sec
Remove/Install battery now !
