infinity-box can't detect its vcp port - GSM-Forum

I have this problem with my infinity-box. The computer cannot detect infinity-box virtual com port(vcp). I tried with other computer but still the same. How can I fix my box? pls help infinity-box team.

Please, re-install Infinity-Box drivers.
if still no luck explain the problem so detailed as possible.

I try to reinstall drivers and try other computer but no luck. when i try to put usb on computer still no luck. the rx/tx LED on infinity box always on.

infinity dont work with cruiser in same computer.....try to install infinity lonly..

As I've said. I already try to install it on other computer. I think the problem is on the box itself.

I don't understand what is the problem ?
Is box detected by PC ?
Is it detected as VCP port or as other device or not detected at all ?

You must prepare so detailed explanation as possible, we can't give any advice you your problem just "something not work".

The box is detect by pc because it can open all the software and can enter to support area. but when I check the ports availability, It doesn't have virtual com port as usual. It only shows computer com1 and com2 it does not have the normal virtual com ports as I always use. I tried to uninstall and install, tried with 2 pc but same result.

Also check other usb devices in Device Manager, probably box detected by PC not like VCP port but like FTxxxx usb device.

I have the same problem I opened the virtual ports egate only infinity box and talk to my tent and shift the box and the other has the same problem that's probably the key problem

need unlock alcatel 102a

What required devices exactly you can not find in Device Manager ?

reinstall your window then install infinity -box software. 100% solve your problem...........
