Bro u seems to be very experience must know that,,,,Try to restart PC n plug box with cable n open soft,,,

Change usb cable/usb port and again try.

Sometimes I also face same problem and I just unplug the Infinity box and again connect Infinity box and then everything goes fine.

Perhaps drivers problem!Or virus!
Use another pc to check!!!!!!!!

1st error dongle not found then try unplug cable 2 or 3 time box connect

Hello,

In this situation it may be to clean smart-card contacts: remove smart-card from box, gently clean card contacts, check card-holder contacts, insert card back.
If your box is under warranty - contact to your reseller before make any operations to avoid lost warranty.
