hi i purchase best activation for my infinity box it already activated but when im tryin to open bestsmarttool it saying looking for usb key all the time please help

sorry about that download wrong software anyway i download back correct software but when it ask me for username and email address it give me error wrong address contact support to validate dongle b8ce797d

Hello.
Check, probably you entering wrong email adress. More info can be found in error info ( i.e. what exactly wrong, or it already registred to another one or etc. )

cant be register to another one i bought this box and use it for wile then i activate best toll on it after while put down it aint giving me another option now just say contact support

- Close [BEST] software
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

i did that and software ask me to enter username and email address this time it said successful please restart when i did that it give me back same message b8ce797d wrong address contact to support to validate
