please help me my box stop working suddenly

and gives this error when open any software.


Scardtransmit error
SmartCardAPI error#1117
The reguest could not be performed because of on I/O device error.

Hello,

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

result ?

same result i insert card with an other dongle , clean the card, try another PC but still same error.

What is the box (dongle) S/N ?
you can see it in log files located at folders with software

i update my dongle for 2 years

Your card is from year 2006, it's quite old and it may be it's finally HW fault.
Now try to update dongle firmware and then try to run software.

this means it's HW fault. The only way is to buy new Infinity-Box/Dongle (it's much cheaper than box).
if/when you will get new caryou can contact us and we will transfer support period from your damaged card to new one

i have infinity best dongle please transfer my activation and support to Infinty Best Dongle

Please Sir Change my support infinity box to infinity best dongle...

I am afraid it's impossible to make this kind of transfer.
