Need Help with Dongle Update - GSM-Forum

today i purchased Infinity-Box 2 Year Updates/Support Period Activation, Chinese Miracle-2 (CM2) Included , from G2MARK.COM | Unlock Software, Repair And Flash Tools, Service Manuals, Spare Parts Etc.
already got the message that activation done
but when i am trying to update my dongle getting this error please supporter tell me what to do
here is the log
1. already disabled antivirus
2. added to firewall
