Infinity box help my box error spd
 

mr hello please my box not work in spd to unlock software it work only mtk

- Run DongleManager
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

not possible to read dongle

- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.
