Infinity box Inactive and can not activate ?

I try to activate Chinesse Miracle in my old infinity box which has also activated SPT...I have put in it 2 year support in online service. Unfortunatuly, they replied me Your order for Infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates/Support Renew, Chinese Miracle-2 included has processing failure .
Reason : Infinity-Box/Dongle S/N: 038---is not exist or Inactive
what does it mean ?

How should I make it active and get activation on it? Should I post serial number here or PM to supporters?

We do not use PM for support purposes.


I think this S/N is wrong. What to do:

- Run DongleManager.exe
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

Send problem details and Box/Dongle info text to [email protected]
DO NOT send screenshot/pictures - just copy/paste text from software window to your message

I activate best for Nokia and infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates/ Support Renew,Chinese Miracle-2 included

I got activation n update box serial no also fixed best is ok, but can't access miracle-2

It says you must activate this software via infinity online service

I tried to buy it from online service too but it says you do not need to use this activation due to its already active

You have updated your box about hour ago, it has latest firmware and CM2 and [BEST] should works.
Please double check that you have LATEST version CM and [BEST] software installed.

I download CM from the support recently so it should be latest version if another links r available for download it plz give me the links i used InfinityBox_install_CM2MTK_v0.03, InfinityBox_install_CM2RDA_v0.07, InfinityBox_install_CM2SPD_v0.07
