i purchased these piece of crap box , for $290 , and i cant even get it to work , No explicite documents to show u how to operate the box , what cable work with what phone , and where to connect the cables and does the 2 switches have to be on .....i spent 4 hours so far and still not able to unlock a simple motorola c155...what a waste.

@etimoult: I do this as Hobby and can promise Infinity is way easy... there are way more complicate Boxes around... if you buy a box, and are not able to read... you should quit GSM Business before you start it

ease up guys , im a telecom engineer , and i have a cellular business since 1995 when most of u guys was still crawling or on the brib lol ....i recently purchassed , LG tool , and NSpro , from the start ...i mad cuz there is no enough doc to show u what the dif box ports are for and so on ....pure simple , u wanna make money , keep the customer happy , and comming back .

So I hope I never are your customer, a telecom engineer that are not able to use a simply RS232 converter.
All is clearly written on the Box on Real and one USB based Port, the Shell is very easy to use, even the Pinouts are there.
A box that I have over 2 years with allways free updates, what you wan't ???

Your are sure you have right business ? better engineer rotary dial landline phones.

infinity is a very nice box..simple reading can make you understand well..just make search and you will find lots of instruction and guide..lol

I meant this box isn't as easy to use as the others like LG tools , and NS pro .....for the negative replies against me , ..u guys need to learn how to accept some one opinion , i get the box to work , i just dont express the same point of view , its also called freedom of opinion , my dear europeans , and yes im an engineer , u got a problem with that ? i work for Motorola as telecom egineers since 1995 , may be u guys were crawling at that time or may be on the crib as i said , and i have cellular store , aint have much time to figure out how this box work , we here in america , value the time , not like u guys in europe , u have plenty of time .....no more neg replies euro bros ....no hard feelings , again it is a legal opinion....i moved on.

Nyahahahaha!! SHAME on you! a Telecom Engr who can't figure RX or TX of the box? or maybe your just too excited to do your first unlocking on your new box? or you are not aware of this word " PRESS AND HOLD POWER BUTTON! "

You don't need to be an engineer to operate this box...all you need is a COMMON SENSE!

now my piece of advised. before buying new boxes take time to review its capability..ask or download users or operation manuals, drivers, be sure to bookmarks it support web etc..so that when the box came..you will using it like a pro...
