Infinity Box Problem......


I bought my new infinity box few days ago, i have been successfully install box/dongle driver, but my problem is everytime i open some application my computer shuts down authomaticay and restart.... i tried some new versions like "Infinity setupmain v_2.15a, v_2.17a , and 2.19 c" but still the same problem my computer restart automaticaly when i run application..... Pls.... help.....

Looks like driver problem, uninstall driver, restart pc and Download and install Smart-Card (e-gate) and FTDI drivers
In case of any problems use "old good" e-gate Drivers
For separate dongles with card-readers similar to PKey use PKey Drivers

This is com port problem.boot windows in safe mode and remove Infinity driver and com port from device manager.reboot in normal mode attach infinity and install latest driver.

it looks like you have to re-install FTDI drivers.

Where to get latest FTDI drivers:
1. latest FTDI VCP drivers is here: Virtual COM Port Drivers

How to re-install FTDI drivers in case of any problems or conflicts with another boxes:
1. disconnect box from PC
2. uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe
3. reboot PC
4. connect box to PC and install FTDI drivers from Infintiy-Box package or from Virtual COM Port Drivers

thanks sir for the advice, but i fixed my problem by formating my windows.... Go infinity team!!!!!......

yes, reinstall Windows may helps too, but in case of FTDI drivers problems our instruction should helps too, and much faster in compare with Windows re-installation.

please i have infinity box but when i conect and select MModule the box give in screen RANGE CHECH ERROR i reinstall all and change the computer nothing change i need the solution please.
