Infinity Box problem - GSM-Forum

Just bought this new box from Gsmserver. Everytime I select a mobile and it's model, it gives me this error. Please help.

Sorry the error says "Application not found: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\HModule\HModule.exe"...
"Application not exist or wrong Installation path selected"

my computer /right click/properties/hardware/divice manager/open +( portcom&lpt)
if you can found yellow mark

right click/update driver go for infinity driver

i think driver problem

thanks for prompt response.

There is no yellow question marks in there. I see these:
"e-gate USB Smart Cards"
"e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator"
Both ok with no question marks

One thing, I check the directory C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\HModule\HModule.exe and there is no directory like that in my computer. I also search for HModule folder in computer and there is none.

Hello,

It may be that you have used quite old installation package.
Just visit support area, download and install latest updates.
