Open box and check that smart-card inserted correctly, fix smart-card holder to be sure that card has good contact to card-holder pins.

Possible reasons to see this kind of errors:
lost contacts or cable problem (box to PC).
drivers problem.
PC problem.

If you have any other smart-card reader (f.e external small card reader or other unibox with built-in card reader) you can try to insert Infinity-Box smart-card in this card reader.
Don't use any kind of usb-hub !
Try to connect box to other PC USB slot.

we changed pc,cable but no response. after this we tried smart card with another box and same error. "communications error with the smart card."

what will we do now??

hi.
i open dongle manager v17.i clicked "register dongle/upgrade dongle firmware".
next.i checked auto login and start. it writes "locating emeralda server; emeralda server found;connecting to emeralda server;server connection succesfully established; s/n: 1*******,firmware: 0***.**; authenticating on server; authentication stage error:server reported error :[0005] authentication failed! wrong password or dongle not registered!" and a new windows comes; ""you need to make "registration" procedure before you start to use online upgrade system! press "yes" button to start registration process.if you are already registered in the online upgrade sytem,press no button."". i choose "yes". i write name/nick; email; reseller name and click to register.
a new error window comes; "error sending APDU! smartcard API error #2148532271 a communications error with the smart card has been detected. retry the operation." i tried many times but can not login.

try to download Dongle Manager again.
try to read donge info (use Dongle Manage). What is the result ?

What other PC you used ?
What other cables you used ?
What other smart-card readers you tried to use ?

when i read the info i take this:

i tried 3 different pcs and cables. and i tried smart card with ustpro2 and take the same result "a communications error with smart card."

as you said,i tried smart card in another box at a different pc.there is no problem to read info but still can not register.everything looks like normal until registering.
