You can upgrade dongle now.

Next time never post in forum serial numbers to avoid blocked dongles, send e-mail to support.

I think it's time to be little bit strong and block all S/Ns that will be published in this forum, so we start to make so from today.
I hope everybody understand us and stop to post dongles details for public use, in other case be noted that your dongles will be blocked.

Dear Friend,

Due to a lot of requests from Infinity-Box users to stop personal data (f.e. Infinity-Box S/N etc.) sharing by Infinity-Box users and a huge number of requests to make this thread "sticky" we must do this thread "sticky".
So it was done...

I think everybody understand that Infinity-Box S/N is your key to get support, ask help from support persons etc. etc., so we hope that everybody agree that it's good idea to keep your presonal data in safe place and don't publish it for public use without any serious reason.

In case of any problems that required to give Infinity-Box S/N to support persons (f.e. login problems etc.) please, use support e-mail instead of post private data in public support forum:

[email protected]

i agree with but i hope this thread will not be your annoucment window i hope you make big annouce in special thread cause some users will be victims of ignorance

Special threads was created already ten or twenty times. Let's current thread will be the final one.

I think that 10-20 real examples of blocked dongles will make more noice than my ten thousands posts in this forum.

How to repair "Error code #32, #65":

. uninstall any kind of usb-sharing software
. reboot PC
. make "Read S/N" operation via DongleManager
. contact to [email protected] and explain the problem so detailed as possible, attach full dongle details in your mail
. after you have got a confirmation that your dongle is not blocked forever (hope you will be able to get this confirmation): upgrade your dongle firmware with DongleManager
. never use any kind of usb-sharing software with Infinity-Box to avoid FOREVER BLOCKED dongle !
