Please do not forget to add to your "advice to other users" that if they will try to update dongle without supporter instruction (that you have got from suppport earlier) they will get zero result, but in worst case they can KILLL THEIR SMART-CARDS FOREVER and the only person who push them to kill their dongles is YOU.
