Infinity Box Smartcard not working


Dear Sir,
I am using infinity box since last 9-10 year. I have SPT, Hua, cdma, best, pin finder adaptor activations in my main infinity box, I also renew my support for two years recently. My infinity box serial no. is 08C6????.
Now my problem is my infinity box software not open, like cm2mtk, cm2spd, error is dongle is not connected, i try to change 2-3 smart card reader but same issue. I recently update dongle firmware in cm2mtk v1.53 as it ask to update dongle firmware, which update successfully, log below

Uninstall rokey driver and download smart card driver of nck dongle from google on that you will find rokaey driver install that will work fine for you tested !!

please i need help my pc had problems an i formatted it but i keep getting this error message each time i try to install best <exe manipulated or corrupted and will not work anymore obtain new version from infinitybestcom solution>

Check your PC and remove viruses !

Dear Sir,

"in spam folder" or "i delete accidentally" is not the same as "support do not reply".

ok sir please provide me support on forum,
My problem is my smartcard not detected at all , i think totally dead not even recognised by dongle manager 1.64. So i request to infinity support team over email to provide replacement smart card. As multiple activation & some credits map with damaged smart card & also i renew support for two years few months ago. Therefore my smart card in support period. I ready to pay for replacement smartcard cost, but my problem is payment method (paypal) & delivery medium normal post also very delay in shipment from one country to other. So i requested to support team that i will buy new infinity best dongle & transfer activation & credits map to damage smart card to new infinity best dongle. Infinity support team reply me that Yes, this is possible.
Just make sure it is new card. Its serial number should start from "C".

But i confirm from my reseller, he told me that now infinity best smart card serial started with "2".

Can i purchase this? & can you transfer activation to this one. Please confirm me asap.
