I want to know how to enter the place of the Arabic language Chinese language

I am having a problem in the introduction of the Arabic language to the phone, which contains the English and Chinese language

1. Load firmware into Editor
2. Go to Font tab
3. Select one of China language pack
4. Find biggest font
5. Select it and press Edit font
6. Press Load font from file
7. Select file with Arabic letters
8. Press Apply all font changes into firmware
9. Go to first tab
10. Select one of China language pack's
11. Press Change language pack to other
12. Load Arabic dictionary, apply it
13. Press Apply changes, software say about small space, try to search it
14. Write new name and code of Arabic language pack
15. Save firmware with Arabic language and then with Chinese Miracle upload it into Phone, that's all.
