Delete faultbin from installation folder or Copy usefull data from QLCM folder,then delete it.
Then Reinstall QLCM again.

Hello,
If u have any kind of usb trace, sniff, debug software install in pc,, if yes then plz uninstall it,,then delect fault.bin then try to open again
