after click it you can see folders

I thougth that it should be no problem with explanation in support area, but it looks like I was wrong.

Thanks everyone for ur kind reply, but my problem is not solved yet.
i cleared all my browser cookies, temporary files etc,,,
when i switch to SUPPORT AREA TAB and enter support i did'nt found any link which says :"""CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE""""
