Dear Infinity Owners,
There is a problem in support site.
whenever i download a file its showing 4 files downloaded. Allowed download per day are 20. if im downloading 5 files it is showing 20 files downloaded. please check the matter.

I am still confused:
What is happening to a InfinityBox with no support:
-Can or can't login to download flashfiles/sw updates???
-Can it use latest updates (if I managed to download them from other place)...or what are the latest updated that can be used by a user with no support???????

I am asking this because I have a old inifinty box that I haven't used in the last 2years, I have no software saved on my PC and wanted to know what exe I must download and from where to get them without paying yearly support

please infinity box..........remove this type of support policy..........for old box users.........u can take credits for new models etc but for old customer no support this is not fa.. ..think about your policy again......and give us a new news........

i hve purchased new infinity cdma tool but the proplem is that after installing the box it indicates range check error and the other fault is when i click check rangr error it shows please wait intializing table and there is no responce
please help me

I agree, "buy new box" is not bad, but try to look around and see, what is average "life time" for most of boxes ?
Sad but true: average life time for most so called "super puper new world first universal soft all cpu all models all codes future we will give you free girls" is 3-6 months only.

Infinity-Box was launched in year 2005 (probably even before many of this forum users was born).
