Member: 131402 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20 | 1- The box is conected directly to PC USB port, don't use any kind of USB-hubs 2- The “Power” wires connected correctly 3- The connector is completely inserted 4- The contacts is clean 5- The buttom not is demaged (the phone is new) 6- In PCB not have TX and RX printed 7- The connector contacts not cutted internally 8- The phone not have TX and RX 9- the cable not have wire in pin 9 of conector for cut according to picture witch other cables the pinou is are found normally |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, If pinout for 5-pin connector can not be found automatically you can check where is GnD and CHARGE pins at phone connector (ordinary it's pin-1 and pin-5) and you can try to use rest three pins as Rx/Tx. |
