Hello,

Please, check PinFinder manual page-20 first.

also all information about PinFinder cables can be found in manual (see last pages).

2- The “Power” wires connected correctly
3- The connector is completely inserted
4- The contacts is clean
5- The buttom not is demaged (the phone is new)
6- In PCB not have TX and RX printed
7- The connector contacts not cutted internally
8- The phone not have TX and RX
9- the cable not have wire in pin 9 of conector for cut according to picture

Hello,

In most cases Chinese phones with L5A cable has Rx/Tx points at phone PCB, you need to open phone and check it's PCB.

hello Mr. InfinitySupport

I open the phone and do not have Tx/Rx points.

In other models I found the local form indicating the Tx and Tx, but few that have this indication

Hello,

If pinout for 5-pin connector can not be found automatically you can check where is GnD and CHARGE pins at phone connector (ordinary it's pin-1 and pin-5) and you can try to use rest three pins as Rx/Tx.
