to infinity team please upgraide my dongle


hi dear infinity i have problem since 1 month, i have sent you an email i have sent my dongle log in, and 2 days ago i sent you the log for my dongle. i am still awaiting for your reply i now regard this matter urgent! i need my dongle to be upgraded to i can use the new software i have telecharge the new emeralda 1.2 that you send it to me no think work so please help.............................................. .....

Hi,

If I remember right, you told that you will try to upgrade dongle on other PC and will inform me about results.
What is the results ?

Solution for your problem is: DISABLE NortonAntivirus on your PC and try to upgrade dongle again.
I can't beleive that your PC can run with NAV but freez w/o NAV.
So, could you, please, try to make 2 things:
1. disable (COMPLETELY) NAV on your PC
2. try to use other PC for dongle upgrade.

Waiting for your detailed description about both results.
