i am not satisfied with this update.many more cdma handsets are in mrkt to add. very slow updates. riff box is best for cdma

there is a problem when i run my infinity box cdma tool
i see like this message

dongle {******} is not activated fore current software module
current dongle axteivation level ****
required dongle activationlevel ****
contact to your reseller to get information about additional activation

please sir help me
