1. New Inifnity dongles comes already with 1 year support. Please, ask your reseller about this moment. If you bought dongle from someone, then it mean he sold you it without explaining about support.

Seems as you need completely reinstall it and add CM2 folder to AntiVirus exclude list.

Delete all content in \InfinityBox\CM2MTK\PhData folder and try again, it help with this problem.
