It doesn't connect and terminate but if it's in BROM mode it doesn't connect with device and other mode

Ofcourse sometimes I dont understand some other release notes due to lack of knowledge
but which phones are ARB. is it like 32-bit or 64-bit like with windows. just my thinking.
and another thing i am subscribed by e-mail for infinty updates but i usually recieve update notifications after 2-3 days from the day of release otherwise i should check infinity section for new software, is anyone having this issue?
