Songle firmware verstion : V0134 dongle firmware version is otudated download dongle manage from support and update firmware
but my dongle is up to date . Why v1.11 qualcom is not open

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - Infinity-Box - FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

If you have active support - run DongleManager and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If your support is not active - renew support first.
