I deleted old qualcomm folder, I have reinstalled the program several times, but the problem has remained. Please tell what needs to be done. Step by Step.

You can ignore it. Sw will work, if you not made anything bad with it.
If some problems will be found - it will shutdown.
That is security stuff against some idiots and copypasters, like lolcano and their company.

@zlatkostanoev, install drivers as SW asks.

Mine is working!!!

Download the setup file
then, extract setup file using 7zip.
Just Copy the BOOT folder into CM2QLM directory.
Done.
