I'm really newbie here so please be gentle.
I have Snaprdragon 835 based smartphone (Essential PH-1) and IMEI was erased.
I could not find suitable section so I'm asking here because this Infinity-box seems right for my situation.

Would somebody please tell me instruction about what I need to purchase and what to do next?

If u can try include infinity log to your explanation maybe we can understand. Are unable to repair IMEI with with your CM2 qlm?

Very thanks for your reply.
Do you mean that I could recover IMEI by using CM2 qlm, without any hardware device such as Infinity-Box dongle?
If you meant it, I can definitely download CM2 qlm(it is a software right?) and try to recover IMEI.

I think I need to buy Infinity-Box from a reseller and download CM2 qlm to get my phone recognized.
