Post clear info about problem.
Where you have a trouble? At installation? At run? Does it show any error? Does fault.bin file exists in your /CM2SP2/ folder?

I have ZTE L130 on hand for sim lock, can i read nv and send for solution for unlock?
If i buy code online, and read and rewrite to locked one will it work?

Time to check it on FRESH Windows, which are clean from any other software or other PC to make sure about all well with dongle and rest.

I am trying to use new versions of the software there says that firmware version is v1.36 and asks to update by DongleManager, when I open DongleManager says my firmware is already updated.
