dongle updated but it not launch on windows 10 64bit, nothing happened when i launch it, i not see it in task manager

Important Information how to get this update working for you

To use this new update you need to update dongle to latest Firmware version: 0137.02
dongle update will only work for people with renewed support . so if you try to update dongle and you see Server answer:[0007] No updates found for your Smart-Card. DO NOT try more this means you do not have renewed support . You will need to buy CM2 yearly renewed support from your reseller

i have one friend who have one infinity box and when he put the smart card inside , the box disconnect or display ''unknow peripheri'' . but without scard it connect, how do in this case?

Hi,


Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.
