It already inside, just enable it, if you have no restrictions about that feature in your region.

Will read flash option for SC6531E be added to CM2SPD? I can read codes/read NV in CM2SCR, but the 6531E loader is not included in CM2SPD

It inside SCR already, flash tab also here. Just check again. it pagetab up of log window.

cm2 scr not opening

when i open cm2scr open blinking the light cm2 but softwere not open and there is no any showing error i have seen the old and new version re-installed but same problem
antivirus disabling but same problem

Make sure about you have no fault.bin file inside SCR folder.
