i reacher hardly but i cant do anything

3 week ago i bought a new cm2 dongle and after 1 week cm2 mtk and SPD giving me error in all operation

1) uninstall software and reinstall again
2) go to device manager right click on USB token , uninstall driver
3) remove dongle connect dongle back and install driver again
instDrv_stdRK200

are any other dongles connected to the PC ?
must be disconnect all device/dongle
and restar the pc than install tool exe again may be this work for u
