Hello,

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

What you should focus on is your user. it's very worthless because it's just for this argument. I want my right. use my property. i buy this dongle and you are the who will be maintain it. i dont care that person. i care about the product. and what are they released. i dont care a person that no manner. this is your reason. I have nothing to lose just refund my money.

I did not locked your dongle, your dongle has strange problem and only one person in this forum can help you. You know the name of that person and you can do something from your side.
