Hello,

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

I did not locked your dongle, your dongle has strange problem and only one person in this forum can help you. You know the name of that person and you can do something from your side.
