Hi. I have a problem with infinity cm2mt2 and sp2 of higher version which does not open with as error, my dongle has version V0.144 it is necessary to update on dongle manager. but on dongle manager, the message is my dongle is up to date. help please I don't know what to do but I need to know about this tool. thank you

To run Latest CM2MT2 & CM2SP2need to have this dongle FW

It looks like your dongle support period is expired.

You can use previous software versions unlimited.
If you want to use latest software updates you should renew support.

Send your dongle S/N to seller
Order [CM2] support renew for 1 or 2 years
