Infinity Conflicts with martech - GSM-Forum

I am having Win XP system and using Martech. Recently i tried to install Infinity software. Installation was success. When I open infinity S/N Reader or other infinity s/w it says "Address Violation in slbiop4.dll". Why's that. Other problem is after intalling Infinity, I can't open Martech now. Even in the Device Manager I can't see Martech Box. I tried to install Martech Box Drivers again, but it doesn't take. Why's that, plz anybody help me?

It looks like that some parts of installation process was missing.
Please, install all again from the first step.

What USB devices you can see now in the Device manager ?
What COM ports you have now ?
Do you use W98 or XP ?

Try to disconnect Infinity-Box and connect Martech.
