Infinity CM2MT2 invalid class error! - GSM-Forum

Hello team!
Infinity CM2MT2 module is showing invalid class error on starting.

Error:

After clicking OK module starts but nothing shows.

I've tried uninstalling and installing it again, but same error.
Rest modules working fine.

You dongle firmware was updated not long time ago, it should be no problem with the dongle.

Do you have any antivirus installed ?
Try to disamle it or add CM2MT2 to exception.
Result ?

I have Windows 10 Defender but it didn't catch any file as I had already whitelisted whole InfinityBox folder.

Old modules working fine. (CM2MTK, CM2QLM, CM2SPD)

If DongleManager can not read data well it may be a problem with smart-card, your smart-card is from year 2007

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

Well, I've checked my box on other PC and it's working fine there.
Seems an issue with my current pc.

You can try to insert Smart-Card into another card-reader, probably box has some kind of issue.

I've inserted Smart-Card from box to my BEST dongle but getting the same invalid-class error.

Finally, problem solved after clean installing Windows as a last resort.
