Just to be clear: Infinity Data Explorer software has no relation with other modules and/or "support renew". It's a separate software module. This software can be activated as a separate activation for any Infinity dongle.

This software can recover phonebook and sms but not photo/video.
If you can read phone memory image out you can post here link to image file and we will test what data can be recovered from the image.
