Unhappy infinity dongle blocked please help


my brother was using umt dongle crack
now my dongle is blocked
i am using infinity since 2008
i don't know what had happened
i contacted support
the said ask my boss.
please say them to unblock

Dear Sir,

We have told you many times - you have installed special debug software at your PC but you always repeat again and again something like "my brother...". If your brother have made something with your PC you must ask your brother to fix it.
Please discuss situation with your brother and father and then come back here with detailed explanation why do you have debugger running when you use Infinity software.

Unhappy its urgent

explained all the matter on email
i using umt crack cause infinity cdma doesn't support the new mobel unlocking
now i have bought one umt dongle too.
i want my dongle to be unblocked what should i do now. please help

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME
