when i open any software is show error

Dongle identification data damaged, error code #32

plz help me

reinstall software using last update and don't use 2 box using same drivers at same time ( like setool with infinity )

code 32 = USB over Network installed on your pc !

remove them , and send your SN to infinity

Please, make "search" in this forum section f.e. by words "error #32"
You will see what is the problem.

After you will see the problem reason we can talk more.

sir after search i know that problem is created by USB over Network installed on my pc.
but sir i dont know about usb network bcz i install this software just for lg u250 u970 u370.unlocking.

Dear Friends,

We have no any reason to read threads regarding other products etc.
if you have found in this forum thread regarding error #32 with Infinity-Box I think you have an information what to do in this kind of situation.
So, please, follow advices given many times in previous threads.

please, don't use Infinity-Box at PC with usb-sharing software installed to avoid this kind of problems.

Warning !!!

We notice that "USB over Network" , can demage Infinity Box ,Pkey, Furious ,etc... so recomand to disconnect all USB devices :

1. Uninstall first all Infinity programs
2. Install USB over network
3. Unlock on line your phone.
4. Uninstall USB over Network.
5. Reinstall Infinity programs.
