infinity factory file format

I would like to edit system.img read by infinity.
Is it ext4 file format?
I cannot unpack it via unyaffs etc.

I am not sure but I think that thisfile format may depends on phone type.
What is your device details ?

thanks a lot to JAYDI.. using explorer i unpack system.img then after editing repack with yaffs ext4 format
