I think that resellers may buy from our sales department only boxes or only cards or cards + boxes, so your problem should be solved just with your reseller.
If card was removed from box or reseller sold you box w/o card or f.e. card was lost during delivery - we can not help you to solve this problem. You have to discuss it with your reseller.

Hi,

"box without card" = just a Unibox (with built-in card-reader) + cables.
You can buy this kind of Unibox from any reseller, I think that all latest Unibox'es has smart-card readers inside.

But if you wish you can buy just a smart-card (without box).

if you dont remove stikers from box then poseble resller replace your box.if you remove stikers then poseble you stolen smart card in side box.
