I think that resellers may buy from our sales department only boxes or only cards or cards + boxes, so your problem should be solved just with your reseller. If card was removed from box or reseller sold you box w/o card or f.e. card was lost during delivery - we can not help you to solve this problem. You have to discuss it with your reseller. | |
