Exclamation Infinity help


cann't make update for box it appear message tell me that
( Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0006] Your account is suspended: read previous error messages carefully and contact to [email protected] )

i'm trying to send error reason to [email protected]
by mail but it donn't send for unkown reason
plz try to help me solvig error problem ( thanks )

Hello,

Try to send mail again, our mailbox is 100% working, our supporters check it very often, so you must check your mail software or your mail provider.

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.
